2. Service Description

SparrowHost provides AI products development, IT services, technical partnership support, and proactive Application Maintenance and Care (AMC). Our services are provided on an as-is basis and are subject to the terms outlined herein.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected by you.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified during checkout.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions are not refundable but can be cancelled anytime with no further charges. Refunds are subject to verification and will be processed within 7-10 business days.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Uptime Guarantee: We commit to 99.5% uptime for our core services, measured on a monthly basis (excluding scheduled maintenance).

Support Response Time: Critical issues receive response within 1 hour; Standard issues within 4 hours; Low-priority issues within 24 hours.

Service Credits: Failure to meet SLA commitments may result in service credits applied to your account.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, code, and materials provided by SparrowHost are owned by or licensed to us. You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using our services. You grant us a license to use your content to provide and improve our services.

8. Cancellation and Termination

User Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Company Termination: We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to maintain payment. We will provide 30 days' notice unless immediate termination is necessary.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

• Engage in illegal activities or violate any laws
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with service availability or integrity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Engage in any form of fraud or deception

10. Data Protection and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, we are not liable for unauthorized access due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You are responsible for backing up your data.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparrowHost is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties. We disclaim all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

13. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies. Review third-party terms before integration.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
