Common questions
How quickly can I get a bare metal server?
Most bare metal configurations are provisioned within 8 minutes of payment confirmation. For custom configurations or large orders, a sales engineer will confirm lead time during scoping.
Do you offer a free trial or proof-of-concept?
We offer POC environments for qualified enterprise opportunities. Contact sales with your requirements — we'll set up a time-boxed trial tailored to your workload.
Is your data centre in India?
Yes. Our NOI-1 facility is in Noida. Our registered office is in Dhanbad, Jharkhand. All customer data remains in India by default. We do not replicate or transfer data internationally.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, NEFT/RTGS, and can issue invoices for enterprise purchase orders. International customers can pay via credit card or wire transfer.
Can I bring my own IP space (BYOIP)?
Yes. We support announcements of /24 or larger IPv4 prefixes over BGP. Your space can be IRINN, APNIC, ARIN, or RIPE-registered. See our Colocation → BYOIP page for details.
