Early-stage startup

Your company must be less than 3 years old from the date of incorporation.

Under 20 employees

The program is designed for small teams — founders, engineers, and early hires.

Not previously funded above Series A

Startups that have raised Seed, Pre-Seed, or are bootstrapped qualify. Series A and above do not.

New SparrowHost customer

Credits apply to new accounts only. Existing customers are not eligible for this program.

Incorporated in India

This program is currently open to companies registered in India (Private Limited, LLP, or OPC).

Complete KYC verification

Standard SparrowHost KYC is required before credits are applied to your account.

Our team reviews applications manually. We check eligibility criteria and may ask for a copy of your incorporation certificate.

Once approved, you'll receive an email to create your SparrowHost account and complete our standard KYC verification.

Common questions

Can I use credits on any SparrowHost product?
Yes. Credits apply to all billable products — VPS instances, bare metal servers, managed databases, object storage, Kubernetes, and GPU instances. They cannot be used to pay for colocation or custom contracts.
What happens when the $100 runs out?
You'll receive an email notification when your balance drops below $10. You can add a payment method at any time and continue using SparrowHost at our standard rates.
How long are credits valid?
Credits are valid for 6 months from the date they are applied to your account. Unused credits expire and cannot be rolled over.
Can I apply on behalf of a company I'm not a founder of?
The program is intended for founders or co-founders. If you're applying for a company you work at (but did not found), please contact sales@sparrowhost.net to discuss options.
We're incorporated outside India — can we still apply?
The current program is restricted to India-incorporated entities. We plan to expand to other regions in the future. Add yourself to our waitlist via the contact form.
Do credits stack with other promotions or coupons?
No. Startup credits cannot be combined with other promotional codes or discounts at this time.
